Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Read safety rules and maintenance instructions in English.
• KBSPresence timekeeping app is used for clocking in/out and communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors in sales area and seating area.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; clean and polish stainless steel.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
