Job summary

Atulo Health is a multi-state provider of home and infusion services, expanding its nursing network in California. As an Infusion RN, you will deliver direct infusion therapy, assess patients, and educate families in their homes or infusion suites, with scheduling based on referrals and availability in your service area.

We welcome experienced RNs with CA license, BLS, and at least one year of home infusion experience, who can work independently, coordinate with care teams, and travel to patient

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
• Administer IVIG/SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologics, TPN, and other IV/injectable therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing treatment monitoring.
• Documentation of care and patient education; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with patients, families, pharmacies, and the care team.
