Job summary
Atulo Health is seeking an experienced Home & Infusion Suite Registered Nurse (RN) to join our California-wide network. Per Diem/PRN roles offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide infusion therapies in patients' homes or infusion suites.
Responsibilities include administering IVIG, SCIG, and other therapies, patient assessment, monitoring, documentation, and coordinating with the care team. California RN license and BLS are required, with at least 1 year of home infusion
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
- Administer IVIG, SCIG, and other therapies, monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients and families, document care activities, and communicate with the care team.
