Dedicated Home Health is seeking a per-diem Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home-based services in Martin, Saint Lucie and Indian River counties. You will conduct evaluations, assessments and treatments, then schedule visits according to your availability.

The role offers flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with opportunities to take additional cases nearby. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Florida SLP license and CCC-SLP (ASHA).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Florida State SLP Therapist License required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Malpractice Insurance coverage required.
• Recent Physical Exam within a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based SLP services including evaluations, assessments and treatments.
• Schedule home visits per availability and client location.
• Offer flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
