Job summary
Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregivers across Michigan, including Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. Join our team to help clients stay in their homes with compassionate care and reliable support.
We offer flexible schedules based on your availability, with full-time or part-time options, weekly and daily pay, holiday pay, referral bonuses, recognition programs, and health benefits. Weekend availability is required for some shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience providing personal care for others is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work every other weekend.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming to support independence at home.
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errands as needed.
- Engage clients with conversation, activities and companionship to promote well-being.
