Job summary

Clinch River Home Healthcare in Tennessee is seeking a Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractor to deliver routine in-home care with flexible scheduling for the caregiver.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal hygiene and meals, help with mobility, and perform light housekeeping, while monitoring client conditions and reporting to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic computer and internet-based charting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with safe client equipment handling.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide health status evidence.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe, competent care and assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide meal preparation, mobility assistance, and routine housekeeping.
• Monitor client condition changes and report to RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
