Transcendent Care Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides/CNAs for part-time roles in CA Santa Maria. We offer flexible schedules, training, and growth opportunities to fit around your life and other commitments.

Formación

• One year of caregiving experience required.
• Two caregiving references if possible; otherwise two work references.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Live Scan Background Check
• Licensed driver with insurance and reliable transportation
• Scrubs required
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable, dependable and punctual; able to pass background check

Responsabilidades

• Engage in conversations with clients to build strong relationships.
• Assist clients with ADLs and daily tasks to support independence.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Deliver safe, compassionate care and document activities performed.
