Job summary
Right at Home in Florida is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients in the Miami area. We are an essential service and offer flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. Candidates must have current HHA or CNA certification and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- HHA or CNA certification is required.
- At least 1 year of caregiver/Home Health Aide experience recommended.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support ambulation and transfers as needed.
- Assist with eating, meal prep, and staying hydrated.
- Assist with mobility, ROM exercises, and safety.
- Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Follow nurse instructions for patient-specific care (med reminders, dementia care, incontinence).
