Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will perform hair design, cuts, color, and styling while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will also help drive service and retail sales, participate in ongoing trainings, and maintain salon standards, safety, and cleanliness while contributing to a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring and styling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products/services.
• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling and updos where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain salon standards, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
