• Completes quality control/safe food checklists accurately.
• Addresses guest comments promptly and courteously.
• Performs primary and secondary role responsibilities timely.
• Performs back-up duties as needed.
• Assists with odd jobs as requested by the MOD.
• Answers phones courteously within three rings.
• Prepares quality products with proper portion control and presentation.
• Attends all team meetings.
