Tap Ins at the Greenhouse invites you to join our lively all-season entertainment venue in Overland Park. We blend elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, and indoor/outdoor mini golf in a greenhouse-inspired space with big TVs and year-round events.

As a front-of-house teammate, you’ll welcome guests, explain golf packages, handle transactions, and help create memorable experiences indoors and outdoors. A flexible schedule and paid training support your growth with us.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property
• Explain course options and golf packages, check guests in, equip them with putters and tools to play, and answer questions
• Keep the front counter and golf shop fully stocked and organized
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the golf courses
• Ensure putters, supplies, and all guest areas stay clean, presentable, and ready for play
• Remove trash and restock stations as needed
• Answer inquiries about the venue, pricing, and packages in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle transactions accurately
• Assist guests with play and course rules
• Collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences
• Work both indoors and outdoors
