In this role, you'll be involved in construction observation, documentation, and working closely with engineers and field staff on public works projects. Qualifications

• Understanding of construction drawings and contract language.
• Valid PA Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check if required.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and be physically able to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Contractor.
• Review and document construction activities.
• Perform construction observation and routine material tests.
