FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Ottawa County, Ohio and surrounding communities. This is a 1099 position with autonomy over routing, schedule, and territory.

You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, capture 9+ photos, and submit brief reports via mobile apps. Earnings are per inspection, with typical pay equating to $25–$35 per hour for efficient contractors.

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle and smartphone capable of running apps.
