Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Assist with purchases, upsell items, and recommend related products.
• Process transactions, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; manage inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and support web order pick-ups.
• Follow asset protection policies and comply with state laws for regulated products.
• Complete special assignments and training as requested.
