Responsibilities

• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items.
• Registers purchases, handles payments, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains clean and merchandised counters and shelves; takes inventory and prices items.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays and performs product resets as directed.
• Assists with food item separation and stock rotation; supports restock when needed.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides photo-area services and assists with web pick-up orders.
