Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Stand Worker to provide friendly guest service, prepare food items, and handle cash transactions at our concession stands. You will follow strict food safety procedures, manage stock, and assist guests with orders while maintaining a positive, efficient attitude on the floor.

Experience in food service is preferred. Certification in food safety may be required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card at locations that serve and sell alcohol.
• May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification.
• Previous Guest Service experience is a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests courteously.
• Take food orders and serve guests.
• Prepare and build food items according to recipes and directions.
• Store food properly following safety procedures.
• Set up workstations with prep tables and service counters.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations.
• Serve food while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenish food items and keep stock at appropriate levels.
• Maintain excellent service and positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
