Northeast Arc is hiring a Life Coach (Agency with Choice) in Danvers, MA. You will work one-on-one with individuals in home and community settings, providing personalized supports to foster independence and community connections.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Five+ years of experience with individuals with serious mental health issues and autism.
• LICSW or Licensed Counselor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized supports to foster inclusion and independence.
• Assist clients with goal development and strategies for success.
• Participate in ISP/LifePlan/progress meetings to support goal selection.
• Create a schedule of appointments aligned with LifePlan/ISP and contract.
• Assist individuals to interpret social cues and community situations.
• Teach skills such as executive functioning and appropriate relational boundaries.
• Submit weekly documentation to the program coordinator on progress.
• Provide mandated reporting under MA General Laws when required.
