Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant as a 1099 Independent Contractor to provide in-home care. You will set a flexible schedule to align with client needs while delivering routine health services in clients' homes.

This role emphasizes compassionate, professional care with the autonomy of independent contracting. You will follow care plans, assist with hygiene and meals, support mobility, and perform light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Criminal background check is required.
• Basic computer/charting knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks in clients’ homes.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
