Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for 1099 Independent Contractor work at clients' homes in Rexburg, Idaho. You will follow care plans, assist with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping, while coordinating with the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator to ensure quality home care.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours where applicable.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking skills required.

• Follow care plans to provide safe, competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and routine housekeeping.
