Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston is hiring compassionate caregivers to serve families in the Katy/Cinco Ranch 77450 area. Positions available are both full-time and part-time to fit various schedules, with a supportive care team and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and transportation assistance as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients with everyday activities and personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other care needs as assigned
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with safe movement and transfers
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Offer hydration and medication reminders
• Help keep the client's living area neat and safe
• Provide transportation or assistance with errands when applicable
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate important updates to the office
