Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care or facility).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and meet hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition.
