Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience in a dynamic retail environment. This hourly role focuses on greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and processing transactions while contributing to store sales and presentation standards.

You will participate in ongoing training to boost product knowledge, stay updated on promotions, and collaborate with teammates to achieve store objectives and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service and achieve store objectives.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with warmth and personalized service.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet needs.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns and inquiries.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, and store cleanliness.
