Job summary

Chester Vets4Pets is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join our friendly team on a full- or part-time basis. You will provide high-quality nurse-led care, assist vets during examinations and procedures, and support a proactive, client-centered approach to animal welfare.

The role offers a flexible rota with no out-of-hours shifts, one in two Saturday mornings, and generous CPD funding plus paid memberships. A contributory pension and exclusive staff discounts are also included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification veterinary nursing experience.
• Ability to build strong client-nurse relationships.
• Confidence and enthusiasm are key skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist vets with treatments and surgeries.
• Provide high levels of first opinion care to patients.
• Offer RVN consults, in-patient shifts and help with anaesthesia monitoring.
