Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Las Vegas, NV. You will organize displays, maintain inventory, and collaborate with store staff during daytime hours.

The role starts at $14.00 per hour with increases after 6 months and after 1 year, plus paid training and a 401(k) with company match. Flexible scheduling helps accommodate holidays and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• English literacy required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Own reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for updates.
• Willingness to learn and use the company tablet.
• Availability for weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backrooms and inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using the company tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
