Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center is actively seeking a dedicated RN – Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Warrensburg, MO. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care, documenting treatments, and supporting physicians with procedures within a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• Valid state nursing license for MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to assigned patients.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Participate in planning and evaluating patient care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor and report patient conditions and vital signs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Support unit operations and assume charge duties as needed.
