As a BSS team member, you will complete pre-employment requirements, perform nursing assessments, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice. BLS certification is required.
• Completion of post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check is required.
• Banner Registry and Travel roles may require specific state/facility clearances and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care.
• Coordinate care with the health care team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
• Provide care per physician orders and nursing plan of care, adhering to policies and standards.
• Communicate patient status clearly to the care team and document progress in the chart.
