AffiniCare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a team that offers a customizable schedule across Care Initiatives communities. You can pick hours, travel between locations, and work full-time or part-time.

RNs provide direct care, administer medications, and support clinical operations while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. A flexible schedule and strong pay with benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 12 months of verifiable RN experience.
• Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other team members to promote teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
