AffiniCare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our flexible, travel-friendly team serving Care Initiatives communities. You can pick your hours, including part-time options, and travel within your region to cover open shifts.

You’ll provide nursing care in skilled nursing settings, support clinical operations, administer meds, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A rewarding role for adaptable RNs who value balance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 12 months RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit and ensure resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers and the team to ensure quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
