Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers. Roles include Day and Night shifts across multiple specialties, with both Full Time and Part Time options.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license and BLS, and can work independently within a collaborative clinical team to deliver comprehensive patient care and education. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, retirement match, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
