Job summary

Florence Health Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Wisconsin. The role involves managing a resident group under supervision, performing assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, and ensuring safety and compliance with nursing standards.

We offer flexible scheduling and full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual opportunities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to calculate drug dosage.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON, assume responsibility for a group of residents for a shift.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Adhere to standards of care and manage the environment to ensure safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers in resident care activities.
• Follow North Shore’s policies and procedures and State Nurse Practice Act.
