Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform non-medical, in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Minneapolis area. Assessments are conducted in clients' homes, typically 30–60 minutes, with paid drive time and time for the visit reimbursed at $60/hour.

Flexible schedule; can work any time from 8am to 8pm, including weekends. Active and valid Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota is required.
• Experience with non-medical, in-home assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Minneapolis area.
• Document findings using health care assessment forms.
• Travel to client homes; 30–60 minute visits; paid drive time.
