We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses passionate about high-quality patient care who can adapt quickly to new facilities. Per diem scheduling provides flexibility for supplemental income or additional flexibility in your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact license
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care
• Reliable transportation to facilities
• Able to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in EMR MATRIX
• Assess resident health status and changes requiring intervention
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide supervision to nursing and caregiving staff
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control standards
