Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license, and BLS certification, with 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed based on patient response.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care and communication.
