Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to clients in assigned geographic territory.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and client observations accurately.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
