Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a friendly, sincere greeting.
• Create a positive first impression with energetic attitude and appropriate dress.
• Maintain sparkling store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide customers with current product information.
• Assist in fitting rooms and follow up with customers to support add-on sales.
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap and collect customer information.
• Thank customers as they exit the store to reinforce appreciation.
• Satisfactorily complete duties assigned by management.
• Be punctual and adhere to the work schedule.
• Work well with peers and management to accomplish duties.
• Follow GUESS Policies and Procedures.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Aim to meet or exceed Sales per Hour targets.
• Attend store meetings and related functions.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward merchandise and the company.
• Participate in all inventories.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by store management.
• Physical requirement: ability to stand long and handle heavy activity.
