Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers for flexible, contractor-based roles. Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with occasional windows during the first two weeks of each month.

Responsibilities include merchandising, resets, audits, stocking, and documentation using a mobile device. Ideal candidates read planograms, work independently, and can travel between locations with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
