Job summary

SFS is a leading provider of retail merchandising services nationwide, seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our independent contractor network across the United States. This role offers flexible, project-based opportunities to service top retailers and brands.

Assignments include merchandising, resets, audits, stock, displays, and reporting via mobile devices. Projects are typically 12–20 hours per month, with occasional windows in the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
