Job summary

SFS is a leading provider of retail merchandising services nationwide and is growing its independent contractor network. We offer flexible schedules and project-based pay, ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking supplemental income while servicing major retailers and brands.

Typical projects range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month. Travel between locations is common and reporting via mobile devices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple assignments.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day.
