Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers for our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands across the United States.

Projects typically range from 12–20 hours per month with windows rather than fixed schedules. You’ll review instructions, execute merchandising tasks, set up displays, stock products, and report results using a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.
