Job summary

SFS, Inc. is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with projects ranging from 12–20 hours per month across multiple retailers and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows (weekdays).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Bend, stoop, reach, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access for reporting.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Submit reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting with photos and project documentation.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
