Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule aligned to store service windows and project requirements, with opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

Typical projects involve merchandising, resets, audits, display maintenance, and inventory tasks, usually 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring early-month visits. DailyPay is available to eligible contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access for reporting.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports with photos and documentation on the same day services are performed.
