Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers flexible, self-directed work serving major retailers with a mix of merchandising, resets, audits, stocking, and display maintenance.

Projects are typically 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring early-month service windows. You control your schedule, choose projects, and earn competitive, project-based pay with DailyPay options available after enrollment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Experience in merchandising or retail support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
