This role offers a flexible schedule, project-based pay, and the opportunity to service major retailers and brands across the United States. Projects typically range from 12–20 hours per month, including business hours at various locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project reports and photos on the same day work is performed.
