Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. You will support major retailers with merchandising tasks, product resets, audits, and display maintenance on flexible schedules. Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and follow client instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
