Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors in the United States. The role offers a flexible schedule with service windows rather than fixed hours, and payment is project-based.

Responsibilities include merchandising, product resets, audits, and display maintenance across various retailers. Ideal candidates have merchandising or retail experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while traveling

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available for weekday daytime hours and travel between locations.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotions.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos the same day.
