Job summary

SFS is seeking Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, self-directed work with projects in major retailers across the United States.

Merchandisers will perform tasks such as product resets, inventory, and display maintenance, with monthly responsibilities ranging based on assignment windows. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, capable of traveling between locations, and comfortable using mobile reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
