Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with project-based pay and the potential for DailyPay enrollment.

You will service multiple retailers and brands, performing merchandising, resets, audits, and stock management across assigned locations. Ideal candidates work well independently, stay active, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in merchandising, retail, audits, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to read planograms and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
