Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible, project-based schedule and supplemental income by supporting some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Assignments typically range 12-20 hours per month, with opportunities to service multiple retailers. You will review project instructions, execute merchandising tasks, and report results using a mobile device. DailyPay is available with enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
