Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and follows operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports and upholds loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trains to assist in multiple store areas as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
