Job summary

Together for Mental Wellbeing is recruiting Relief Mental Health Support Workers for Lucas Road, Sudbury. These zero-hour contracts offer flexible shifts, including early, late and sleep-ins with enhanced pay, within our 24-hour accommodation service.

No formal qualifications are required; your attitude and compassion matter most. You will help tenants maintain tenancies, support wellbeing and independence, and build meaningful local connections while documenting records in English.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance required prior to employment.
• Shifts may be early, late or sleep-in with enhanced pay.
• No UK sponsorship for non-UK nationals.
• Able to travel and work a varying pattern of shifts.
• Minimum age 18+ and DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants to maintain tenancies.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Help service users find meaningful connections in the community.
• Maintain professional boundaries with service users.
• Produce clear records and reports in English.
• Safeguard the wellbeing of clients and colleagues.
